No Yeast Bread

For when whatever you have in is just not enough.
2 cups of flour,  half a cup fo room temperature water, a little salt, baking powder and Oregano (my preference) when mixed together make a wonderfully satisfying dough.
Knead for a while, no need to prove.
Tear plump little dough balls off, flatten and fry.
Serve with lovely soup, or just eat it straight from the pan*

*must be a well loved battered old pan
